How long we keep information
We retain customer records for six years from the end of our business relationship, in line with HMRC requirements for financial records. Health and safety records are kept for the period required by applicable legislation.
Website analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 14 months within Google’s systems, in line with our GA4 data retention settings.
